Special Precautions

Severe renal dysfunction (CrCl <30 mL/min). Vol &/or Na status of patients should be corrected before initiating therapy.

Adverse Reactions

Headache, dizziness, fatigue, nausea.

Drug Interactions

Increased effect w/ concomitant use of other antihypertensive agents. May reduce the diuretic, natriuteric & antihypertensive effects of thiazide diuretic.
